1. Who we are

Santa Clarita Mold Removal is a mold removal and restoration referral service operated by Cronin Tech Partners LLC (Texas, USA), serving the Santa Clarita Valley, California. You can reach us at info@santaclaritamoldremoval.com.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we collect the phone number you contact us from, your name and the details of your request (for example, the type of mold or water-damage problem and your address). We do not operate a customer-facing web contact form on this site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

Our Work With Us page has a short form for independent contractors who want to apply to collaborate with us. That form is not for customers: it only collects the name, contact details and professional background an applicant submits, used solely to evaluate possible collaboration opportunities and never shared beyond our own review of the application.

The site also collects anonymized, aggregated usage data (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to measure traffic and detect technical problems.

3. How we use your information

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

Contact details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact. Aggregated analytics are retained up to 14 months (Google Analytics).

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@santaclaritamoldremoval.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Cookies and tracking

The site uses essential cookies plus Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized measurement. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so you provide your information with that residual risk in mind.
